CHRIS CRAY
Personal Trainer
I’ve been professionally involved in fitness and coaching for over 30 years as a College Athlete, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Teacher, Personal Trainer, Research Development Coordinator, and more. I love what I do and don’t consider it a “job.” I consider
it a privilege to help others.
My personal conditioning started with college athletics, and I constantly suffered from the result of overtraining—too much, too often, not enough recovery time. It wasn’t until my mid-twenties after conducting major research in exercise science, nutrition and other theories of conditioning, did I realize I needed to use a scientific approach to fitness. That’s when it all fell into place and I had to share what I learned with others.
I was blessed to have immediate success in helping people with their fitness. I was known for my high energy and positive attitude in teaching, coaching and as a behavioral counselor. I joined the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I also became a Certified Personal Trainer with the North American Bodybuilding Federation (NABF). Over the years, I have developed programs and coached people of all ages and abilities with great success. Science-based assessment and analysis are the foundation of my programs. Balance, flexibility and strength correlate directly with a plan integrating all body systems. Proper nutrition, sleep and stress management are also evaluated.

DEBBIE ROCKER-CRAY
Personal Trainer and Nutritionist
Hi everyone. My name is Debbie Rocker-Cray and I am one of the Certified Personal Trainers here at the Cray Fitness family. I am a 50-year old mom of two college-aged children, a former NPC figure competitor, and am working toward another nutrition Certification from Precision Nutrition.
I started working out when I was in my early-20's, only performing cardio and thought I'd end up looking like the people in magazines. After that didn't work, one year later I ventured into the weight room (and was the ONLY woman in that room). I was instantly hooked on weight training and how it immeasurably changed my body. Fast forward to 2001 when I was pregnant with my second child and gained a whopping 57 pounds. I was tired and did not feel well. I made a commitment to myself to return to my pre-pregnancy weight.
While it was not my intent in 2001, in 2003 I obtained my personal training license and ended up competing in my first figure competition. While I no longer compete, fitness and nutrition are my life's passion. I understand what it's like to look through the misinformation on fitness and nutrition, try everything you read, but either not get any results or only get temporary results. I can help. There is no greater joy to me than helping a client achieve their goals or learn to do something they never thought they would be able to do.
