Chris has been involved in fitness for over 30 years as a College Athlete, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Teacher, Personal Trainer and Research Development Coordinator. He has developed programs with success for multiple populations including athletes, corporate groups, amputees, stroke survivors, terminally obese, those suffering from Anorexia Nervosa, and much more. Chris is motivated to help others to achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle.

I am a Certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. I have dedicated decades of my life to nutrition and fitness as well as coaching others to help them live healthier. That is what led me to become a nutritionist. I truly believe that everyone can feel great and have more energy by incorporating healthy, great tasting food into their lives no matter how busy. I understand very well that this isn’t always easy and that’s why I am here to help.
